Services Offered
- Luxury Design Projects Small or Large: Existing or New Construction of Kitchen & Bath Designs to Full-Service Renovation of Residence, Outdoor Living or Commercial Spaces. Basic Staging Consulting, and One Time Visit Consulting.
- Renovations Include: Changes in Walls, Windows, and Door Locations. Space Planning (Layout) of the Entire Project. Cosmetic Changes According to Research and Concept Based Design (Changes in All Materials, Millworks, Fixtures, Finishes, & Equipment).
- Outdoor Living Designs Include: Summer Kitchen Designs (Including Sourcing All BBQ Appliances, and Other Outdoor Equipment), Tiki Bars, Dining Spaces, Lounging Areas (Including Fire Pit Areas).
- Project Phases Consist Of: Upon first visit client consultation, a Proposal for Design Services including a basic budget breakdown of full design project estimated time and cost per hour for the client to get an idea of how much services may cost them from beginning to end. If existing construction, a collection of the job site floor plan by sketching layout and recording all dimensions. Creation of a digital CAD drafted construction document set of full project changes & how they are to be constructed for contractors use. 2d and 3d model drawings of the project including sourced materials applied. Presentation to client via Power Point showcasing entire project including all research and drawings. Source all materials, millworks, and FF&E including all soft goods according to concept and client’s needs. Once design is complete and finalized by client’s approval, designer will monitor all process of construction from beginning to end to ensure construction goes according to plan. Will provide problem solving solutions as field conditions arise.
- Designer Technical Skills: Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS MAX, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Drafted Construction Document Set, 3D Model Renderings, 2D Rendered Elevations, Preliminary Sketches, Presentation Posters and or other forms of Presentation Media is Offered upon client request.
